![]() These Parfaits are SO simple to make! Grabbed the containers at No Frills, fill with 175 g SKYR Vanilla Yogurt (or any kind - I use this as it has 18g of protein), Cereal or Oatmeal of your choice (my latest is All Bran Buds) and top with any toppings you like (nuts, seeds, fruit, Epicure toppings). I make 6 every Sunday and than I am good to go for the week.

128 g Vanilla SKYR Yogurt 2 Tbsp PB2 Mix well (note use the powder, DON'T make as per directions on the PB2 container) Drizzle 5 g of Dark Chocolate over top Iceberg Lettuce

She posted a recipe for cheesecake, and I "tweaked it a bit" and made up some new versions! OMGosh I LOVED SKYR yogurt before, but I am REALLY loving it now!!!!! (Note, this yogurt can be hard to find as all the WW's members are grabbing them up as they are amazing! You can get it anywhere Presidents Choice stuff is sold - I always find Super Store sold out so I go to No Frills now) - it's amazing in Taco Dip too and mixed with Salsa on wraps! No Bake Cheesecake 128 g Vanilla SKYR Yogurt = 2 pts 12 g Instant Pudding Mix = 2 pts Toppings of your choice Smucker's Caramel Sauce - 7 1/2 ml = 1 pt Light Gay Lea Whip Cream - 1 tbsp = 0 pts Chopped Pecans - 1 tsp = 1 pt Epicure Carrot Cake Seasoning - 1 1/2 tsp = 1 pt Epicure Tutti Fruity - 1 tbsp = 0 pts E.D. Smith Light Cherry Filling - 20 ml = 1 pt Lady Finger - 1/2 item = 1 pt I've used Light cherry pie filling, Smucker's syrups, shredded chocolate, Light whip cream, pecans, fruit, cinnamon, Epicure tutti fruity, Epicure carrot cake, the topping choices are endless! *** you can lower pts by choosing sugar free pudding BUT I don't eat Aspartame so would rather pay more for pts! NOTE: I will add more pictures here as I make them!

1 Chopped Mint WW's Cookie Smucker's Chocolate Syrup Pts differ depending on amounts Mix the following in a blender until smooth
1 15 oz Can Organic Black Beans 4 Egg Whites 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp Baking Powder 2 Tsp Mint Extract (or less/more depending on your liking) 1/2 Cup Bob's Mills Kamut Flour 1/2 cup Egave Nectar 1/4 cup Cocoa Than Add 3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips and mix well. Place in 8x8 pan and bake at 350 f for 20 mins Layer the following in a container
SKYR Vanilla yogurt Chopped Pecans Raisins Chopped Pears Cinnamon Top with Light Whip Cream Pts depends on amounts used Lean Ground Beef
Epicure Taco Spice Ragu Mushroom Pasta Sauce Mushrooms Peppers Epicure Roasted Garlic Pillars Turkey Pepperette Pepper Squash Shredded Cheese Brown beef and drain fat. Add Taco spice. Mix with Pasta Sauce (I used 3 tbsp) and Roasted Garlic. Place in COOKED Pepper Squash (I cooked it for 40 mins at 400 F), top with veggies of your choice, Cheese and Turkey Pepperette. Broil till cheese is melted. Super yummy and no more bloating after a Wrap or Taco Shell! Lemon Ginger Quinoa
Multi Coloured Quinoa Tea of your choice Bake Quinoa as directed, but in place of water use tea. For more flavour steep tea long and use several bags. (thanks to our leader Nancy for this great idea!) - for a dessert, use chocolate mint or any other flavour. Sour Cream and Onion Sauce
2 Tbsp - Bob's Red Mill Nutritional Yeast 3/4 Cup - Dan-D-Pak Salted Cashews 3/4 Cup - Water 2 Tbsp - Fresh Lemon Juice 1 1/2 Tbsp - Epicure Toasted Onions (or onion Powder) Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Use on Kale to make chips (coat chips and bake in oven or dehydrator until crispy - see Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips several posts below)), or on pasta/spiralized noodles, or use as dip for veggies/chips. 100 g - Kale Green Pea Cave Tells (from Clover Leaf Farms)
1 - Tsp Sesame Oil Chopped Green Onions 1 - Garlic Clove Frozen Cooked Shrimp Sea Salt and Pepper 11 g - Epicure Mac & Cheese Mix Cook noodles Brown shrimp and onions in oil. Mix all ingredients with the Mac and Cheese Powder and add salt and pepper to taste (I didn't add butter or milk) NOTE: 11 pts for the above, 14 pts if adding in the yogurt (recipe below) and Honey Multi Grain Pretzels (19 g) Make Mini Cakes as per Recipe in previous posts below these ones and top with Light Whip Cream and Epicure Seasonings

1 Pillers Turkey Pepperette 1 3 oz Cooked Chicken Breast with 1/2 tbsp Original Diana Sauce 25 ml Primo Pizza Squeeze 1 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1/2 Zucchini 1/2 Tsp Epicure Toasted Onions (or fresh) 1/2 Tsp Chives Mushrooms (and any vegetables you'd like) Toast until cheese is melted and chicken is warm Drumstick Delight!

Toppings: Strawberries with 1/2 Tbsp. Raw Sugar Light Whip Cream Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Pure Maple Syrup (Toppings are NOT included in the points above!) Serves 15 people Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips
1 Bunch Organic Kale Vinegar Sea Salt Wash and dry kale. Place on Parchment Paper on cookie sheet and sprinkle vinegar and sea salt on top. Place in over at 400 and bake until dry (keep on on it). Store in air tight container. 4 Tbsp "Dry Mixture" (See bottom of post for "Mixture") 2 Tbsp Water Mix Well and place in microwaveable dish or mason jar and bake in microwave for 45 seconds Add: 63 ml Scoop Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (worked out to two large Epicure cookie scoops) 5 ml Smuckers Chocolate Sauce 5 ml Smuckers Caramel Sauce Sprinkle Icing Sugar Mini Version 2 Tbsp "Dry Mixture" (See bottom of post for "Mixture") 1 Tbsp Water Mix Well and place in microwaveable dish or mason jar and bake in microwave for 45 seconds Add: 1 Tbsp Whip Cream Fruit "Cake Mixture"
Walnut Apple Crumble
2 Tenderflake Deep Dish Pie Shells Filling: 5 Apples (sweet ones) 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 1⁄4 cup All-Purpose Flour 1⁄4 tsp Ground Cloves 1⁄4 tsp Ground Nutmeg 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon 1⁄4 cup PC Organic Raw Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Mix the above and let sit until done making topping. Topping: 1⁄2 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 3⁄4 cup Walnuts 3⁄4 cup All-purpose flour 1⁄3 cup Butter, Melted Mix the first four ingredients and add butter. Place Filling into pie shells and top with topping mixture. Place shells on baking sheet and bake for 40-450 min @ 375. Let cool for a couple hours until set. Serve with Vanilla Frozen Yogurt or Ice Cream (not included in the pts) 9 Smart Points per piece (if cutting each pie into 6 pieces) NOTE: Original recipe found here (I "modified it") http://sallysbakingaddiction.com/2015/07/04/apple-crumble-pie/ ![]() Mix the following in a bowl with your hands to mush it together well: 1 1/4 cup Mild PC Salsa 1 cup SKYR Plain Yogurt 3 Tbsp Epicure French Onion Mix 1 tsp Black Pepper 3 Chopped Green Onions 2 Cups Cooked Royal Brown Basmati Wild Rice (I cooked in rice cooker first) 3 Raw Eggs 2 Pounds Lean Ground Turkey Put half of the mixture into 2 Meatloaf pans and fill 1/2 way. Add: 6 Hardboiled Eggs (3 eggs per pan length wise down the middle of the meatloaf tray. Fill remaining pan with mixture) Cover and cook at 350 for 60 mins. Pull off cover and cook another 10 mins. Drain any fat. Add: tomato slices 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese to top (1/2 cup split between 2 trays) Cook another 5-10 mins. Then, Broil until "golden" 4 Smart Points (if cutting each tray into 6 pieces) |
