Today in our Weight Watchers meeting, our leader told us to make a 5 year goal. We all know how fast time fly's (it's almost March already), and before we know it five years will have flown by. Not only are we to pick a goal, but we are to make a plan to get to that goal. I have a few goals that I want to accomplish before the 5 years arrives. Below are the main ones I plan to accomplish by pushing myself beyond my limits. |
Strength Training
My goal is to add in strength training to my weekly routine so I can build up muscle and have arms that ROCK !

Reach Goal Weight
My goal is to get down to 165-175 lbs, and be healthy so I can hike through Watkins Glen State Park

Release the things I fear
My Goal is to finally be free of my fears (while they may still be there, I don't want them to run my life like they do now)
