Sour Cream and Onion Sauce
2 Tbsp - Bob's Red Mill Nutritional Yeast
3/4 Cup - Dan-D-Pak Salted Cashews
3/4 Cup - Water
2 Tbsp - Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tbsp - Epicure Toasted Onions (or onion Powder)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Use on Kale to make chips (coat chips and bake in oven or dehydrator until crispy - see Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips several posts below)), or on pasta/spiralized noodles, or use as dip for veggies/chips.
