These Parfaits are SO simple to make! Grabbed the containers at No Frills, fill with 175 g SKYR Vanilla Yogurt (or any kind - I use this as it has 18g of protein), Cereal or Oatmeal of your choice (my latest is All Bran Buds) and top with any toppings you like (nuts, seeds, fruit, Epicure toppings). I make 6 every Sunday and than I am good to go for the week.
