Being on a "Spiritual Journey" can be CRAZY at times (literally - like you feel you are losing your mind!) BUT can also be the most rewarding as you are getting that much closer to "Source" and "Your TRUE Self". I've been on this path since 2007 ish and it's been one hell of a ride, but i've also shed so many things that were not "me". I know I have a long way to go yet, but when I look back to where I started I am super impressed I ever made it through, and even more impressed with the person I have become. Some people close to me mention that "You aren't the person you used to be" (and some don't like the new me), and my response is always "and I NEVER want to go back to the person I once use to be, as I LOVE who I am now".
Along this journey, one blog has really helped me through changes (especially the physical ones). I've posted here for those interested as sometimes you can feel like you are alone on this path, and some symptoms can bring fear into your body, but when you "Let Go" of the "words" and "attachments" and just let things flow, you sail down the stream rather than sink.
